Amlogic crypto IP doesn't take a clock input on some
SoCs: AXG / A1 / S4 / G12. So make it optional.

You may use devm_clk_get_optional_enabled() instead, bindings will ensure
clock is provided when needed.

With this you can also drop the clk_disable_unprepare() in meson_crypto_remove().
