[0/3] ARM: lpc32xx: clean-up platform code

The changeset continues a series of clean-ups in NXP LPC32xx platform code:
* unnecessary header files are removed from inclusion,
* registration of SSP0 and SSP1 is removed as done through device tree,
* switched to SPDX license identifier.
