[v5,0/2] pinctrl: pinctrl-microchip-sgpio: Extend to call reset driver

This allows the driver to call an optional reset driver.

v4->v5:
 - check the return value of devm_reset_control_get_optional_shared

 - use devm_reset_control_get_optional_shared
 - remove the expected name of the reset line

 - fix warnings reported by 'make dtbs_check'
