[V2] perf tools: adding support for address filters

This patch makes it possible to use the current filter
framework with address filters.  That way address filters for
HW tracers such as CoreSight and IntelPT can be communicated
to the kernel drivers.

should we display another error message for !nr_addr_filters case?
the one below is misleading in this case

The condition where nr_addr_filters == 0 is valid when we are dealing
with a tracepoint event.  Since we don't have an attribute type for HW
tracers the best we can do is improve on the error message.  What
would you think of:

"--filter option should follow an event that supports filtering"

ok, in this case I think the original one is better
