Remove unnecessary log messages in the driver which were just tracking
function entry and exits.

There are many functions here like:
bcm2835_audio_setup(..)
bcm2835_audio_flush_playback_buffers(..)
bcm2835_audio_flush_buffers(..)
which are not doing any work. Should they be removed or kept here as
placeholder?
