This adds support for AC200 multi functional IC. It can be packaged standalone or copackaged with SoC like Allwinner H6. It has analog audio codec, CVBS encoder, RTC and Fast Ethernet PHY. Documentation also mention eFuses, but it seems that it's not used in copackaged variant.
