Correctly spelled comments make it easier for the reader to understand
the code.

Fix typos:
'fragement' ==> 'fragment',
'genration' ==> 'generation',
'funciton' ==> 'function',
'Explitly' ==> 'Explicitly',
'explaination' ==> 'explanation',
'Tranlate' ==> 'Translate',
'immediatelly' ==> 'immediately',
'isntance' ==> 'instance',
'transmittion' ==> 'transmission',
'recevie' ==> 'receive',
'outselves' ==> 'ourselves',
'conrol' ==> 'control'.
