When the hardware is in streaming mode guest operations that are invalid in in streaming mode will generate SME exceptions. Since these exceptions may be routed to EL1 with no opportunity for the hypervisor to intercept them we already have code in kvm_arch_vcpu_load_fp() which ensures that we exit streaming mode before running the guest. This ensures that guests do not receive unexpected SME exceptions.
