Until now, the OPPs are bound to a single device and there is no way to mark them shared. This patch adds support to manage a list of devices sharing OPPs. It also senses if the device (we are trying to initialize OPPs for) shares OPPs with an device added earlier and in that case we just update the list of devices managed by OPPs instead of initializing them again.
