[v5,0/7] Add SDM670 camera subsystem

This adds support for the camera subsystem on the Snapdragon 670.

As of next-20240930, the bugs with camss have been resolved. The
dt-bindings were tested on v6.10 with:

- change camss interrupts to rising edge in dts (7/7)
- change IRQs to rising edge in camss dt-bindings example (4/7)
- move gcc and ahb clocks in camss dt-bindings example (4/7)
- add reviewed-by for camcc dt-bindings patch (1/7)

I think this list is taken from a different cover letter. In any
case, I applied these two patches as they looked independent from
the rest of the series:
