[v7,04/13] coresight-tpda: Add DSB dataset support

Read the DSB element size from the device tree. Set the register
bit that controls the DSB element size of the corresponding port.

May be we could switch the order of the parameters:

match_inport, int port

Or even inport < 0, implies, port wont be matched.
