Add support for this smartphone based on the MSM8926 SoC, codenamed
"memul".

Supported functionality:
* Power & volume buttons
* ADSP
* Magnetometer
* Accelerometer
* Touchscreen
* Vibrator
* Internal storage
* SD card
* Charger
* USB
