Convert all applicable cases of printk and pr_* to the btrfs_* macros.

Fix all uses of the BTRFS prefix.

Signed-off-by: Frank Holton <fholton@gmail.com>
---
v5 - fix trailing spaces
v4 - rebase to master btrfs-next, compile and run tested
v3 - cleanup problems noted by David, convert prefix to BTRFS
v2 - changed pr_ and printk to btrfs_ output macro
