Btrfs: remove unneeded BUG_ON()

The following functions always return 0.
  - add_delayed_ref_head()
  - add_delayed_tree_ref()
  - add_delayed_data_ref()
  - add_excluded_extent()

Therefore, check by BUG_ON() is unnecessary at the caller of these
functions.
