[v2,0/4] Add reset support to EN7581 clk driver

Introduce reset-controller support to the Airoha EN7581 clock module.

Changes since v1:
- squash patch 1/5 and 2/5
- introduce reset line mapping in order to take into account possible holes in
  reset definitions
- fix error path in en7523_clk_probe()
