Add clk_regmap_init() and use it with all clock type which derives from clk_regmap. This helps to get the necessary regmap without needing big tables in clock controller drivers to keep track of which clock are based on clk_regmap and need to be initialised. The way it is done couples clk_regmap with the controllers, which is not ideal. This is a temporary solution to get rid of the tables.
