Since we now perform direct reads using i_rwsem, we can remove this
inode flag used to co-ordinate unlocked reads.

Truncate call chain is

do_truncate <-- calls inode_lock
  notify_change
   ->setattr/btrfs_setattr
     btrfs_setsize
