Overlayfs and cachefiles use vfs_open_tmpfile() to open a tmpfile
without accounting for nr_files.

Rename this helper to kernel_tmpfile_open() to better reflect this
helper is used for kernel internal users.

The subject is a little weird as it suggest you rename two things, but
except for that, this looks good:
