Add support for the bt541 touchscreen IC from zinitix, loosely based
on downstream driver. The driver currently supports multitouch (5 touch points).
The bt541 seems to support touch keys, but the support was not added because
that functionality is not being utilized by the touchscreen used for testing.
Based on the similartities between downstream drivers, it seems likely that
other similar touchscreen ICs can be supported with this driver in the future.

 bt541 is used in the Samsung Galaxy A3 (2015) that has recently gained
 mainline support [1].

 The downstream driver this is loosely based on:

I do not think you need to declare this as packed.

And neither this.

No need to mark it inline, let's trust the compiler to do its job.
Also, it returns error code or 0, just use int for return type and not
s32.

> +				    u16 reg, u8 *values, u16 length)

Why exactly u16 for length and not int or size_t?

> +{
> +	int ret;

Let's call it "error" here and elsewhere.

Ideally we check that if ret >= 0 but ret != length we return -EIO.

Need to handle memory allocation error;

Since you kmalloc()ed the data you can use _dmasafe() here.

Combine this with normal exit code flow.

I'd do le->cpu conversion outside the loop, and then use
for_each_set_bit(...).

Why do you report both? I think ABS_MT_TOUCH_MAJOR should be enough.

Doing it here means you cut off power to the device while interrupts are
still enabled, etc. Unfortunately we do not have devm interface for
disabling regulators. Please use devm_add_action_or_reset() in
zinitix_ts_probe() and install a custom handler calling
regulator_bulk_disable() and drop zinitix_ts_remove().
