This change just replaces the platform data since there was no platform using it and so, it makes no sense having both. Special note to the GPIO bias and debounce settings that are now supported as part of the gpio subsystem (using 'set_config()' callback). While at it, also allow GPIO's to be usable even if no keymap is given. Effectively this means that an interrupt is no longer mandatory. Only in case: 1) Keymapd is being defined; 2) Or GPIs are being used as gpio-keys and the interrupt-controller is present.
