To keep consistency across architectures, this commit also renames CONFIG_USE_BUILTIN_DTB to CONFIG_BUILTIN_DTB, and CONFIG_BUILTIN_DTB_SOURCE to CONFIG_BUILTIN_DTB_NAME.
