Calculate the crop rectangle size and location dynamically when setting
the format, instead of storing it in the imx219_mode structure. This
removes duplicated information from the mode, to guarantee consistency.

This seems rather fragile and will cause issues once we have a x4
binned mode

> +
> +	crop = v4l2_subdev_get_pad_crop(sd, sd_state, 0);

This changes the currently programmed cropping rectangle position

In example for 640x480

        left = 3296 - 640 / 2 = 1328 (was 1008)
        top = 2480 - 480 / 2 = 1000 (was 760)

Should this be mentioned in the commit message ?

Also, should you center the rectangle in the -visible- area of the
sensor ?

        left = 3280 - 640 / 2 + 8 = 1328
        top = 2462 - 480 / 2 + 8 = 1000

Ah look! they're the same :)

Binning is limited to x2 at the moment. I plan to add support for x4
binning (the change is rather trivial), but haven't been able to test it
yet.

Note how, for 640x480, crop->width and crop->height are set to 1280 and
960 respectively, not 640x480. The crop rectangle position isn't changed
by this patch.

Oh, you're right indeed, I confused the visible size with the analog
crop!

So indeed
