selftests/rseq: add LoongArch64 support

Use same test infrastructure as MIPS and RISC-V, rseq-MRL-bits.h,
here MRL stands for MIPS-RISCV-LoongArch.

Tested on 3A5000+7A1000+ArchLinux Loong64, no errors(need latest
upstream binutils).

You can consider the name rseq-generic-bits.h, there is also similar
naming in this directory.

You needn't highlight you have tested. OTOH you can refer the related
commit of binutils.
