Introduce module_alloc_huge, which allocates huge page backed memory in
module memory space. The primary user of this memory is bpf_prog_pack
(multiple BPF programs sharing a huge page).

Looks like the BPF might end up being the only user.

On my system I don't see one single kernel module that is
large enough to use an entire hugepage.

Oh well, it's a simple enough interface...

A cc of x86@kernel.org or better yet the "X86 MM" folks would be really
appreciated on future patches.  It sounds like these parts were pretty
lightly reviewed before.
