For enabling CQE support just set 'supports-cqe' in your DevTree file
for appropriate mmc node.

If CQE init fails, you continue anyway, but MMC_CAP2_CQE is
still set, which would cause problems.  Better to clear
MMC_CAP2_CQE | MMC_CAP2_CQE_DCMD
