[3/7] mfd: db8500-prcmu: Remove unused *prcmu_set_ddr_opp() calls

There are no call sites for these functions.  Strip them out.

This function was actually used in the vendor tree to deal with DVFS,
implemented a system wide PM QoS thing.
I guess those hacks never made it upstream. :-)
