The Smart Voltage Scaling(SVS) engine is a piece of hardware which calculats suitable SVS bank voltages to OPP voltage table. Then, DVFS driver could apply those SVS bank voltages to PMIC/Buck when receiving OPP_EVENT_ADJUST_VOLTAGE.
