[v2,5/7] PM / devfreq: Add dynamic scaling for imx ddr controller

Commit Message

Leonard Crestez Aug. 20, 2019, 3:45 p.m. UTC
Add driver for dynamic scaling the DDR Controller on imx8m chips. Actual
frequency switching is implemented in TF-A, this driver just wraps the
SMC calls and updates the clk tree.
