Changes from V6:
MSG_SIZE - fixed size to be 31.
open("/tmp/xrc_domain ...) -  added missing parameters to fix compilation.
 on some platforms.
ibv_get_srq_num - adapted to new API.
remote_srqn - adapted to be set on ibv_send_wr struct.
