This patch adds FCP device nodes for R-Car M3-W+ (r8a77961) SoC.
This patch was tested on R-Car M3-W+ Salvator-XS board.

As I mentioned at [07/10] reply,
I dropped the features which I'm not sure how to confirm/test
from initial support.
I hope expert people will update it.
