There is not a call to pqi_ctrl_busy. * Correct driver rmmod hang when using HBA disks with write cache enabled. During removal, SCSI SYNCHRONIZE CACHE requests are blocked with SCSI_MLQUEUE_HOST_BUSY which cause the hang.
