Fix below warning by not allocating driver's event handling
worker queue with WQ_MEM_RECLAIM flag enabled.

workqueue: WQ_MEM_RECLAIM
mpi3mr_fwevt_worker [mpi3mr] is flushing !WQ_MEM_RECLAIM events
