If TARGET_PREFIX macro doesn't contain some information that the old
prefix had (like in tcm_remote.c, tcm_loop.c, target_core_alua.c etc.),
then remove the repeated prefix parts and unify prefix format:

sed -i 's/TCM_(Loop|Remote)_ConfigFS/configfs/g' drivers/target/**/*.c
sed -i 's/Target_Core_ConfigFS/configfs/g' drivers/target/target_core_alua.c
sed -i 's/CORE\[0\] -/\[0\]:/g' drivers/target/iscsi/iscsi_target.c drivers/target/iscsi/iscsi_target_tpg.c
sed -i 's/LIO-CORE\[0\]/\[0\]:/g' drivers/target/iscsi/iscsi_target_configfs.c
sed -i -E 's/(target_.*[(]\").*(\[.*\]_)TPG(\[.*\]) -/\1\2tpg\3:/g' drivers/target/iscsi/iscsi_target_tpg.c
sed -i -E 's/(target_.*[(]\").*iSCSI_TPG(\[.*\]) -/\1tpg\2:/g' drivers/target/iscsi/iscsi_target_tpg.c
sed -i -E 's/(target_.*[(]\")CORE(\[.*\]) -/\1\2:/g' drivers/target/iscsi/iscsi_target_tpg.c

If new prefixes fully cover old prefixes' information, then remove the
old prefixes:

........................................................................
dir="/home/a.kovaleva/work/scsi/drivers/target"
old_prefix=("FILEIO: " "IBLOCK: " "PSCSI: " "pSCSI: " "RAMDISK: " \
	    "TCM: " "TCMU: " "tcmu: " "XCOPY: " \
	    "Target_Core_ConfigFS: " "LIO_Target_ConfigFS: " \
	    "tcm_fc: ")

for file in $dir/**/*.{c,h}; do
    for prfx in ${old_prefix[@]}; do
        sed -i -E "s/(target_.*[(]\")$prfx/\1/g" $file
    done
done
........................................................................

You may not check it manually.
