Change the definition of call_int_hook() to treat LSM_RET_DEFAULT(...)
as the "continue" value instead of 0. To further simplify this macro,
also drop the IRC argument and replace it with LSM_RET_DEFAULT(...).

After this the macro can be used in a couple more hooks, where similar
logic is currently open-coded. At the same time, some other existing
call_int_hook() users now need to be open-coded, but overall it's still
a net simplification.

There should be no functional change resulting from this patch.

I think this is the only place call_int_hook() is used in a
declaration. Maybe break it up into:

	int rc;

	rc = call_int_hook(inode_copy_up_xattr, name);

Not a big deal, I won't fuss over it, but it might make the next mass
overhaul a touch simpler. Even more trivial: use ret instead of rc.

Ignoring the minor suggestion from Casey for a moment, I like this
patch, thank you for submitting it, but unfortunately it is a bit
stuck as we wait to see where some other patches land. I'm not going
to forget about this patch, but it may end up having to wait until
after the upcoming merge window closes before I can merge it. As
usual, I'll let you know once it's merged.

Thanks for your patience and the patch!

I'm not sure I care too much about that, but as you say it's pretty
trivial, I can make the change during the merge if Ondrej is okay with
it.

> Even more trivial: use ret instead of rc.

If I'm going to be nitpicky I tend to prefer "rc" over "ret" these
days for return values, and using a very crude metric (below) it looks
like we have more instances of "rc" than "ret" in security.c ...

I also generally prefer rc over ret. I only suggested using ret
because hooks that have the form of this one usually use ret, and
it seemed we might keep some hobgoblin at bay. I withdraw the suggestion.

Thanks Ondrej.

Merged into lsm/dev with a fair amount fixups due to merge conflicts
from the IMA/EVM promotion as well as the tweaks in
security_inode_copy_up_xattr() that were discussed in the thread. If
anyone notices anything odd, please let me know.
