Check sk->sk_protocol instead of security class to recognize SCTP socket. SCTP socket is initialized with SECCLASS_SOCKET class if policy does not support EXTSOCKCLASS capability. In this case bind(2) hook wrongfully return EAFNOSUPPORT instead of EINVAL.
