(siu-pcm-audio is registered from arch/sh, but no one enables it on defconfig) This patch discontinues support of siu driver to reducing maintenance cost. This patch also removes siu-pcm-audio registration from arch/sh to avoid header issue. Thank you and good bye siu driver.
