[next] usbip: Fix incorrect double assignment to udc->ud.tcp_rx

Currently udc->ud.tcp_rx is being assigned twice, the second assignment
is incorrect, it should be to udc->ud.tcp_tx instead of rx. Fix this.

Addresses-Coverity: ("Unused value")
