Get rid of storing bitfileds and arrays of port specific items per bus. Move unsigned long resume_done; insigned long rexit_ports struct completion rexit_done; struct completion u3exit_done; Rename rexit_ports to rexit_active, and remove a redundant hcd speed check while checking if rexit_active is set.
