Plugging in a USB type C dock causes an Oops due to an array
overrun of ->partner_altmode[].

con->partner_altmode[i] ends up with the value 0x2 in the call and it's
because the array has been accessed out of bounds resulting in random
contents of memory being checked. The patch was generated and tested
against 5.8.0-rc6.
