Switch the two improper use cases of RING_HAS_UNCONSUMED_RESPONSES() to XEN_RING_NR_UNCONSUMED_RESPONSES() in order to avoid the nasty XEN_RING_HAS_UNCONSUMED_IS_BOOL #define.
