The CAN-FD frames only have one reserved bit. The bit corresponding to Classical CAN frame's RTR bit is called the "Remote Request Substitution (RRS)" [1]. N.B. The RRS is not to be confused with the Substitute remote request (SRR). Fix the description in the CANFD_FRAME_OVERHEAD_SFF/EFF. The total remains unchange, so this is just a documentation fix.
