Convert irqd_get_trigger_type(irq_get_irq_data(irq)) cases to the more
simple irq_get_trigger_type(irq).

Btw, I think this is something for net-next (not a bugfix?), so you
would normally add the appropriate prefix, i.e. [PATCH net-next ...],
when sending to netdev.
