qemu-nbd: Restore "qemu-nbd -v --fork" output

This series contains the fix to the regression introduced with 5c56dd27a2 plus documentation update. Changes from v2: - fixed error message of dup2 (patch #1) - removed options copy as suggested by Eric - moved all other options used in nbd_client_thread() to struct NbdClientOpts for consistency - added documentation update to document -v behavior - small formatting fix (please drop if this is extra) Signed-off-by: Denis V.
