    - Make exceptional case exceptional
    - switch arg1 and arg2 in float32_##op() since sub would otherwise
      produce false results
    - undo inline on f_update_psw_flags() since it is now used

float32_squash_input_denormal is the first thing that float32_##op does.  No 
need to repeat that here.
