The AST2600 has the same sets of 3.6v gpios as the AST2400 plus an
addtional two sets of 1.8V gpios.

Is this 0x800 a GPIO_1_8_REG_OFFSET from below? And 0x9d8 - 
GPIO_1_8_E_INPUT_MASK + sizeof(u32)? Use them here?

Actually the symbol does not seem to be very useful anyway, I'd just do 
"aspeed_1_8v_gpios[]" but it seem to be a pattern here so never mind...
