[1/1] tests/acceptance/boot_linux: Switch to Fedora 32

Some acceptance test require a full VM image.
The tests were using Fedora 31, which is now EOL.
Probably as a consequence, the Avocado framework is not
able to download such images anymore.

Switch to Fedora 32, which is still supported.
