[v3,6/6] iotests: iothreads need ioeventfd

And ioeventfd are only available with virtio-scsi-pci or virtio-scsi-ccw,
use the alias but add a rule to require virtio-scsi-pci or virtio-scsi-ccw
for the tests that use iothreads.
