NH_ALL/NSNH_ALL corresponds to a domain granularity invalidation, ie. all the notifier range gets invalidation, whatever the ASID. So let's set the granularity to IOMMU_INV_GRAN_DOMAIN to allow the consumer to benefit from the info if it can.
