Add a test for each shift instruction in order to to prevent
regressions.

Instead of doing this cc magic here, maybe just do the shift directly in
the ASM, just as we often do in the Linux code I'm aware of like (random
example)

arch/s390/pci/pci_insn.c:__mpcifc()
