Once again devices shouldn't be accessing the machine directly: according to 
loongarch_extioi.h you can change the for() loop to use MAX_CORES instead, and wire 
up the ones you need at the board level.

Also you can simplify the mapping of the memory regions for this device by using a 
single container region:
